Water intercooler heat exchanger

Here's the intercooler I used.

A little elbow grease, and the intercooler buffed and polished out nicely.

I used a B&M Heat Exchanger mounted up front for the water intercooler.

The fit was pretty tight, but everything squeezed in. Note the factory A/C up there as well.

All the hoses routed nicely on the passenger side of the van, similar to how the A/C houses are routed on the driver's side.

Since the radiator had to come out, I had it flushed and pressure tested as well.

The electric water pump I used was a Meziere WP136S.
